About Me
Individuals seek therapy for several reasons; sometimes individuals are in a crisis and need a safe and non-judgmental space where they can heal from emotional hurt. At other times, it could simply be to find a space to develop, to grow and challenge oneself to achieve a sense of well-being.

I work best with individuals seeking a safe, empathetic, nurturing and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I have experience in a variety of clinical modalities, that include individual, family, adult and elder care consultations, as well as numerous therapeutic groups. My clinical approach is integrative and eclectic. I am a board certified PTSD counselor as well as an EMDR, Mindfulness and Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease trained therapist.

My areas of expertise include working with clients dealing with depression/anxiety, prolonged grief, relational issues and trauma. I also specialize in Dementia related disorders, working with both caregivers, and the patients. I am passionate about instilling quality of life and securing wellness, growth and development to all my clients.

Additionally, I am a published author of a children's book. The topic of the book is Alzheimer's Disease and how families can learn coping strategies to alleviate stress within the family dynamic.
